As a Program Manager, you will play a key role in driving our success by planning and implementing program strategy and operations, improving systems and processes, and managing staff.

Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective call center operations strategies to improve system performance and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the training department to create comprehensive training programs and deliver on-the-spot training as needed.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team, focusing on coaching, mentoring, and leading by example.
- Analyze and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to patient access processes and initiatives, ensuring alignment with client contracts and Statements of Work.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, promoting open communication and collaboration.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth and efficiency.

Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of healthcare industry experience, including 3 years of management experience.
- Proven track record of leadership, project management, and change management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally to resolve issues and generate results.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Team, with experience in data analysis and reporting tools preferred.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is required. An advanced degree or certification may be an advantage.
