About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Coach to join our team at Clementine Naperville. As a key member of our therapeutic support team, you will play a vital role in supporting clients on their journey towards recovery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support and intervention to clients, consistent with their treatment plans.
  • Facilitate healthy connections between clients and the team, promoting a positive and supportive milieu.
  • Assist with food preparation and setup, modeling and supervising client meals and snacks.
  • Participate in therapeutic groups and develop core skills to enhance clinical growth.
  • Conduct regular rounds and provide observations to ensure client well-being.
  • Occasionally, transport clients to off-site appointments and activities.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of post-high school education, with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a mental or behavioral health setting, with a valid state-issued Driver's License and safe driving history.
  • Excellent communication and client relations skills, with a service-oriented approach and flexibility to work as part of a team.
