Key Responsibilities:
- Grasping clients' requirements and expectations, along with their business and industry dynamics, accounting frameworks, employee relations, corporate values, and relevant GAAP and GAAS considerations.
- Gaining insights into the RSM audit methodology and tools.
- Identifying risks and appraising the client's internal control framework.
- Conducting substantive testing and internal control assessments to pinpoint and address accounting or reporting discrepancies.
- Preparing financial statements in accordance with established formats.
- Completion of 90 credit hours.
- Pursuing a B.A. / B.S. degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Major in Accounting.
- Willingness to travel to designated client sites.
- Access to reliable transportation for travel to these locations.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Capability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Aptitude for multitasking in a dynamic environment.
