Key Responsibilities:

  • Grasping clients' requirements and expectations, along with their business and industry dynamics, accounting frameworks, employee relations, corporate values, and relevant GAAP and GAAS considerations.
  • Gaining insights into the RSM audit methodology and tools.
  • Identifying risks and appraising the client's internal control framework.
  • Conducting substantive testing and internal control assessments to pinpoint and address accounting or reporting discrepancies.
  • Preparing financial statements in accordance with established formats.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Completion of 90 credit hours.
  • Pursuing a B.A. / B.S. degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • Major in Accounting.
  • Willingness to travel to designated client sites.
  • Access to reliable transportation for travel to these locations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Capability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Aptitude for multitasking in a dynamic environment.
