Nectar, a pioneering software company, is seeking a highly skilled Video Producer to lead the development of their YouTube presence and content strategy. About the Position:
In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive content strategy for Nectar's YouTube channel. This includes scripting, filming, and editing videos that showcase the company's values and mission. You will work closely with experienced professionals who have grown successful YouTube channels, providing an unparalleled learning experience. You will develop your skills as a storyteller and editor, enhancing your professional growth and creative abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a compelling content strategy for Nectar's YouTube channel
- Script and film content that explores various elements of corporate culture to build Nectar's brand
- Edit videos to tell engaging stories that hook audiences and keep them watching
- Work autonomously in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 4 years of experience as a 'preditor' (producer, director, editor). You should be proficient with Adobe Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, and possess strong storytelling ability. Additionally, you must be willing to problem-solve, take initiative, and be proactive in driving success. You will also need to lead the building of a new digital media production department from scratch, requiring strong leadership skills.

Compensation:
The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $85k to $110k, inclusive of benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance, unlimited PTO + holidays, and a hybrid work schedule.
