Key Responsibilities:

Job Summary:

  • Cleans, straightens, and picks up trash in common areas, offices, and public restrooms.
  • Cleans resident rooms, including sinks, toilets, plumbing fixtures, mirrors, and surfaces.
  • Vacuums carpets, sweeps, and mops floors on a routine basis.
  • Maintains apartments in a safe, comfortable, and attractive manner.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in housekeeping or facilities roles is a plus, specifically in a multi-unit environment.
  • Experience working with the senior population is helpful, particularly in a healthcare setting.
  • Ability to perform essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
