Position Summary: Emergency nurses work closely with physicians and radiologic technologists to enhance and restore the health of patients by promptly assessing, intervening, and stabilizing various traumas and illnesses across all age groups. They play a crucial role in offering both physical and emotional support to patients, visitors, and team members. Given the diverse medical conditions that necessitate urgent attention, emergency nurses must possess comprehensive knowledge of both general and specific health issues. Licensure is mandatory.
Job Location: San Antonio, TX
Employment Type: PRN
Compensation: $48.00 per hour, based on experience
Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will have substantial expertise in emergency room care and will approach all situations with confidence, compassion, and enthusiasm. They will be resourceful, innovative, and reliable, providing exceptional care to all patients.

Qualifications:
Education:
- Required: Associate degree or higher in nursing.
- Required: Completed necessary education to obtain state licensure as a registered nurse.
Experience:
- Preferred: Over two years of experience in emergency or ICU nursing.
Computer Skills:
- Required: Basic computer proficiency.
Certifications & Licenses:
- Required: Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- Required: Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, and PALS.
