Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality cleaning services to residential clients, adhering to our 22-Step Healthy Touch Deep Cleaning System.
  • Operate cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring a safe and secure working environment.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members, providing excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to assist the team and contribute to the success of our cleaning services.
  • Perform additional project work as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to operate cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and provide exceptional customer service.
Benefits
  • $16-$18/hour competitive salary.
