Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team in a rural health setting. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care through a combination of in-person and virtual visits. Responsibilities:
- Lead clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and guidelines
- Develop and implement clinical protocols as outlined by CMO and Supervising Physicians
- Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses
- Provide therapeutic procedures, including but not limited to I&D, splinting, suturing, managing infection, and wound care
- Order, perform, or interpret the results of diagnostic tests, responsibly prescribe medications, and educate patients on continued treatment and care of acute and chronic conditions
- Participate in community events and outreach programs

Requirements:
- Masters Degree in Nursing
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and autonomous environment

Salary: $120,000 per year (estimated)
