Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Medical Laboratory Technician/Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine medical laboratory tests, processing specimens, and reporting test results. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine medical laboratory tests and procedures
- Process and analyze specimens
- Report test results to healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure smooth laboratory operations
- Associate degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or Medical Laboratory Technology
- ASCP or AMT certification preferred
- Phlebotomy experience may be required
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The successful candidate will be required to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays.
