Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at Elwyn, a leading nonprofit human services organization. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing support and supervision to individuals with developmental disabilities in our residential group homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance and supervision to residents in activities of daily living
  • Adhere to and document individual programs as directed by supervisors
  • Ensure active programming at all times
  • Adhere to standards, procedures, and schedules established by supervisors
  • Report any suspicion of or knowledge of suspected abuse in accordance with law and program policies
Requirements
  • Valid California driver's license and acceptable driving history
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid RBT certification
  • Successful completion of all required trainings
  • One year experience working in a program serving persons with developmental disabilities preferred
