Remodeling Specialist

Midwest Construction is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Remodeling Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction and maintenance work, with the ability to handle various tasks efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities:

* Perform construction remodeling tasks, including demolition, framing, drywall installation, painting, flooring, and general carpentry work.
* Safely and efficiently remove popcorn ceilings to prepare surfaces for further renovation work.
* Perform basic painting techniques, including surface preparation, painting, and finishing's.
* Accurately measure, cut, and install baseboards to enhance the aesthetics of rooms.
* Carpentry will include framing, installing structures, and repairing wooden components.
* Closet door installation with various types of closet doors, ensuring functionality and alignment.
* Lighting installation of electrical systems and ability to install various types of lighting fixtures safely and securely.
* Basic plumbing will include pipe installation, leak repairs, and fixture replacements.
* Detail-oriented approach to inspecting and correcting any imperfections in the renovation project before completion.
* Responsibilities will include knockdown texture to walls and ceilings for a textured finish.

Requirements:

* Driver License.
* Employment Authorization Documentation.
* Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
* Ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude.
* Keep tools and materials clean and organized daily.
