Overview: Become a Director of Nursing Operations with Georgia Hospice Care.

We are seeking an experienced RN to lead and serve as our Director of Nursing Operations. As a key member of our care team, you will manage the coordination, supervision, and implementation of professional services for our hospice patients in a safe and cost-effective manner.

You will be responsible for driving our care team to ensure every patient receives the highest quality care. In addition to your clinical expertise, you will have access to our supportive leadership team and opportunities for professional development and advancement.

We are looking for an experienced RN with a passion for providing top-quality care. Qualifications include:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred)
  • A minimum of 3 years of healthcare management experience as a registered nurse in a clinical care setting
  • 2 years of hospice experience required

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
