Position Overview

As a Senior Project Engineer within our EPC framework, you will oversee both the administrative and technical components of project execution, leading a team of engineers in both field and office settings.

Do you possess exceptional interpersonal and information management abilities? In this capacity, you will serve as the primary link between the project manager and the engineering team, facilitating the flow of technical, cost, and scheduling information.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project schedules.
  • Oversee revenue, cost, and cash flow management.
  • Supervise temporary engineering operations.
  • Maintain client relationships.
  • Direct advanced work packaging (AWP) initiatives.
  • Lead the construction engineering team.

Guide your team in monitoring field performance, subcontractor activities, and internal resource allocation.

Collaborate with the project team, scheduler, and project control manager to define schedule activities aligned with project scope.

Lead efforts during project closeout documentation and training phases.


Qualifications
  • Willingness to travel and relocate as necessary.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction.
  • Proven experience in managing engineering teams.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze engineering plans, specifications, and contract documents.
  • Highly motivated with a strong commitment to excellence and initiative.
  • Demonstrated work ethic, with a focus on delivering quality results on the first attempt.
  • Commitment to ethical practices and integrity.
  • Passion for safety, ensuring a secure work environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with P6 or similar scheduling software.
  • Experience with AutoCAD or equivalent CAD software.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently to achieve deadlines and objectives.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills.
