Maintenance Technician

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance production quality by ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and mechanical equipment.
- Engage in precision machining, managing tasks such as shaping, cutting, and fabricating metal parts—50% of your role.
- Collaborate with production teams and subcontractors to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
- Perform preventive maintenance across various systems including engines, motors, pneumatic tools, and conveyors.
- Contribute to building maintenance, ensuring mechanical and electrical systems are up to par.
- Innovate and fabricate repair parts using standard turning and plane machines.
- Record and manage data using our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Requirements:
- Proven experience and knowledge in the Machinist trade.
- Understanding of electrical and PLC controls, and ability to read and interpret diagrams.
- Deep knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Minimum of a 2-Year Industrial Maintenance Associate's Degree or equivalent in experience and skill.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
