Substance Abuse Treatment Program Director

The Program Director will oversee the successful operation of Longleaf Recovery-Huntsville, a primary substance use disorder treatment program. They will support the treatment program's goal to maintain exceptional standards of care and integrity. The Program Director will promote the use of best practices, staff competency, and quality of care, as well as ensure all operational aspects support effective service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the treatment program
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Supervise and train staff members
- Monitor program outcomes and make data-driven decisions
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a related human services field or equivalent work experience
- At least five years of experience operating behavioral health/substance use disorder programs
- Previous experience involving supervisory responsibility is desirable
Adecco offers:
