Caregiver Advocate

MOUNT ZION CARE SERVICES LLC is seeking a compassionate and patient individual to join our team as a Residential Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide direct support to residents in a residential care setting.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and restrictions
• Clean and maintain the living environment, including resident rooms and common areas
• Drive residents to appointments or outings as needed
• Implement behavior management strategies to promote a safe and positive living environment
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the overall well-being of residents

• Previous experience in direct support or social work is preferred
• Ability to lift and assist residents with mobility needs
• Knowledge of home care systems and procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient demeanor

This position requires a caring individual who is dedicated to providing quality care and support to residents. The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
