DevSecOps Specialist

Consulting Services Group is seeking a highly skilled DevSecOps Specialist to join our team. As a DevSecOps Specialist, you will be responsible for integrating security practices into the DevOps process, ensuring the development and deployment of secure software applications.

• Collaborate with development, operations, and security personnel to automate security controls and enhance the security posture of software platforms.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality against requirements.
• Conduct security testing, including vulnerability assessments and penetration testing, to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Evaluate system performance under various conditions and optimize software performance.
• Validate software changes before customer testing and collaborate with management and stakeholders to ensure acceptance criteria are met.

• Must hold an active Department of Defense Top Secret Clearance and be SCI eligible.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, project management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a computer-related role, including development, testing, cyber security, or physical operations.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevSecOps, DevOps, or a related field.
• Proven experience with DevSecOps toolkits, including Ansible, Jenkins, Artifactory, Jira, Black Duck, Terraform, Git/Version Control Software, or similar technologies.

• Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices.
• Proficiency in test case design and execution.
• Knowledge of security testing tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
