Sundance Mountain Resort is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Owl Bar Server to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience at our resort.
Responsibilities:- Ensure the bar area is set and ready for service, adhering to Sundance Mountain Resort standards.
- Complete designated opening and closing responsibilities, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Provide warm and welcoming service to all guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
- Enter orders accurately in the point of sale system, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Collect payment for food and beverages, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Display knowledge of Utah liquor laws and exhibit responsible service of alcoholic beverages.
- Prepare and serve drinks, along with serving food to bar patrons, maintaining a high level of quality and presentation.
- Set up and stock the bar area at the beginning and end of each shift, ensuring a well-stocked and organized environment.
- Change draft beer kegs, stock beer, wine, juices, liquor, and fruit, maintaining a well-stocked bar area.
- Keep the bar area clean and organized at all times, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Share the history of the Owl Bar with guests, providing a unique and memorable experience.
- Transport dirty dishes to the kitchen dishwasher, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with one to three months of related experience and/or training.
- A current food handlers permit and alcohol service permit are required within 30 days of employment.
- The physical demands of this role include standing, walking, reaching, and talking, with occasional lifting and moving of up to 25 pounds.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
