This role focuses on shipment processing and delivering exceptional customer service experiences. We seek a self-motivated individual who is passionate about selling and working as a team. As a Sales Associate at Palmetto Moon, your primary responsibility is to engage with customers to share your knowledge of our brands and drive sales.

Palmetto Moon is a rapidly growing specialty retailer celebrating the Southern lifestyle. Our focus is on relentless customer service and a premium assortment of gifts, apparel, and accessories from brands like Vineyard Vines, YETI, and Chubbies.

The Sales Associate is responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and selling skills
  • Stay knowledgeable about all brands and share that knowledge with customers
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet individual and store objectives
  • Replenish sales floor as needed to maximize customer shopability
  • Maintain visibility on the selling floor to enhance the service experience
  • Effectively handle multiple customers and communicate with associates and management
  • Pack customer merchandise with care and minimize shortage

Qualifications
  • Must be at least 16 years old to apply
  • Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers
  • Be dependable and flexible with scheduled shifts
  • Be willing to learn and take direction
  • Be detail-oriented and able to lift materials up to 50 lbs
