Endocrinology Physician Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Endocrinology Physician to join our team at MetroHealth. As a key member of our Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism, you will provide exceptional patient care in general endocrinology, thyroid, insulin pump & CGM, adrenal & pituitary, and bone metabolism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive patient care in endocrinology, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of endocrine disorders
  • Participate in inpatient consult services for general endocrinology and glycemia management concerns
  • Contribute to the teaching and training of internal medicine residents and endocrinology fellows
  • Engage in research opportunities in clinical trials, health services research, and collaboration with active investigators

About MetroHealth:

MetroHealth is an integrated health system with a Level I Adult Trauma and Burn Center, 2 satellite inpatient units, and 25 outpatient locations throughout northeastern Ohio. We provide medical, pharmacy, dental, behavioral health, and vision services to diverse underserved communities in Cuyahoga County/Cleveland, Ohio and surrounding areas.

Requirements:

  • MD/DO and eligible for Ohio Medical License
  • Completed Endocrinology fellowship training and certified or eligible for certification by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) or American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine (AOBIM) in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism
  • Professionalism and strong interpersonal and communication skills
