Position Overview

Role Summary:

Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is seeking an Electrical Systems Maintenance Specialist to ensure the operational integrity and aesthetic appeal of our properties. This role encompasses the routine maintenance and cleanliness of facilities, including landscaping, amenities, and common areas.

The Electrical Systems Maintenance Specialist will be tasked with performing repairs across various domains such as electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the overall condition of the property, ensuring all areas are clean and well-kept.
  • Conduct repairs and maintenance tasks in electrical, plumbing, and carpentry as needed.
  • Perform janitorial duties to uphold cleanliness standards.
  • Exhibit exceptional attention to detail and effective time management.

Work Schedule: Part-time, Monday to Thursday, 9 am - 5 pm

Compensation: $23-$26 per hour

Contracted Hours: 28 hours per week

Additional Benefits: Monthly cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • Experience in janitorial services is advantageous.
  • Basic knowledge of landscaping, electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repair is essential.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and operate maintenance equipment safely.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
