About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Therapist to join our team at Thriveworks. As a clinician-founded national private practice group, we prioritize client accessibility, integrity, and quality care. Our mission is to help people live happy, successful lives, and we believe that our clinical team's success is just as important as the organization's.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Watertown, MA.
  • Meet the qualifications of having one of the following independent licenses in Massachusetts: LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD).
  • Be licensed and living in the state in which you will be practicing.
  • See a minimum of 25 sessions per week.
