Job Overview:
In the dynamic environment of Workforce, we seek a diligent Quality Coordinator to oversee quality control processes in our concrete manufacturing facility. This role is pivotal in ensuring the production of high-quality precast products that meet industry standards.

About the Role:
We offer a competitive salary of $20-$25 per hour, commensurate with experience, for this challenging position. The ideal candidate will have up to 3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in a concrete manufacturing setting. Key responsibilities include conducting pre- and post-pour inspections, final inspection before delivery, and reconciling documentation for shipments. Additionally, the incumbent will test and document fresh and hardened concrete according to industry standards. Other duties may involve monitoring equipment calibration, generating spreadsheets, and interacting with government and industry inspectors.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to keep accurate records. You should also be proficient in following documented procedures and possess excellent time-management skills. A high school diploma or GED equivalent is necessary, along with state-required concrete technician certification for Virginia and willingness to obtain ACI Certification. Familiarity with concrete batching design and NPCA PQS1 Certification are desirable. We prioritize candidates with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
