Core Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate cases in accordance with state and federal guidelines for locating non-custodial parents, establishing paternity and support orders, and enforcing those orders.
  • Collect and manage information necessary for legal processes, including reaching out to parents for consent orders.
  • Conduct interviews with custodial and non-custodial parents to gather pertinent information.
  • Leverage system data and online resources to obtain relevant case details.
  • Prepare essential legal and administrative documents for review and approval.
  • Monitor cases for delinquencies, calculate child support obligations, and ensure accurate distribution of payments.
  • Address inquiries from clients and maintain precise case records.
  • Safeguard the confidentiality and security of case information.
  • Execute additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

An Associate's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required.

Experience in child support enforcement or collections is preferred.

Proficiency in office settings and automated systems is essential.
