Senior Laboratory Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Microbiology Lab Supervisor to lead our laboratory team in the Raleigh/Durham area. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in medical technology and management skills to drive excellence in our lab operations.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or a related science field, as well as ASCP/AMT certification and significant experience as a Lead Micro Tech or Microbiology Supervisor. • Ensure adherence to laboratory protocols and procedures to maintain high-quality test results and patient safety.
• Maintain a high-volume laboratory environment by working efficiently and effectively with equipment and testing.
• Perform quality control checks and troubleshoot instrumentation to ensure optimal performance.

• ASCP or equivalent certification required.
• BS Degree in Medical Technology or a related science field required.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Lead Micro Tech or Microbiology Supervisor required.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include a sign-on bonus, shift differential for night and weekend shifts, and comprehensive benefits package.
