The estimated annual salary for this position is $70,000 to $100,000, with a base pay range of $45.00 to $65.00 per visit. This compensation reflects our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent in the field of occupational therapy.

**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Home Health Care Coordinator. In this role, you will work independently under minimal supervision to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes. Your expertise in rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurologic injury will be invaluable in helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you must have a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent, with licensure or certification within the state providing services. A minimum of two years of experience working in a home health, medical-surgical, or rehabilitation center environment is also required. Additionally, you must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations.
