**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Legends International. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while creating and serving a wide range of beverages to our guests.

**Responsibilities**

  • Mix and serve drinks, cocktails, and other bar beverages to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Utilize high-quality spirits, liqueurs, fruits, fresh herbs, and spices to create unique and delicious drinks.
  • Greet guests, take beverage orders from servers or directly from guests, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Provide information on wine characteristics, evaluate guests' needs, and make recommendations to enhance their experience.
  • Work with our culinary team to create mixers and garnishes for beverages and ensure that the bar area is fully equipped with necessary tools and products.
  • Collect payment for drinks served and balance all receipts, while maintaining a thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, menus, and promotions.
  • Perform general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards and complete other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

**Requirements**

  • Ability to work long hours and flexible shifts, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Experience as a bartender for at least two years preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of drink recipes, wine, and mixology techniques.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team during set up and execution of service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively listen and take direction from your supervisor.
  • Ability to read, speak, and write English in order to communicate with guests.
