About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Advocate to join our team at Carvana. As a key member of our Market Operations team, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles to our customers' doors, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent Carvana's brand and values in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors, using our custom car haulers
• Load and unload vehicles onto the hauler, maintaining safe driving conditions
• Complete customer paperwork and track customer interactions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience, with the ability to perform physically demanding tasks and drive safely. You must also be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
