Achievers ABA is a professional and innovative agency dedicated to providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.

We are seeking a skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in an in-clinic setting. As an RBT, you will be responsible for implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

**Job Responsibilities:**

  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
  • Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
  • Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
  • Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans

**Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities is preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques is a plus
  • Ability to follow instructions and implement behavior intervention plans effectively
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
