About the Opportunity

This role involves working as part of a highly skilled team dedicated to providing personalized care and support to patients and their families in Southwest Ohio. As a Physician Assistant in CT Surgery, you will have the opportunity to work with experienced staff who are committed to delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with surgeons and other advanced practice providers to manage patient caseloads and develop comprehensive treatment plans
  • Rounding and consultations to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
  • Perform bedside procedures, including insertion and removal of lines, chest tubes, pacing wires, and IABPs
  • Rotation for coverage of both hospitals, ensuring seamless care delivery
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 1+ years post-graduate experience in surgery or first assist
  • Ability to work collaboratively with surgeons and other healthcare professionals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in performing various medical procedures
