We are redefining the luxury jewelry experience with a warm, inviting, and explorative journey that's as inspiring as the jewelry itself. Our boutique crew is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Stylist to join our team in the South Bay.
About the RoleAs a Stylist, you will be the front-line ambassador for Cast Jewelry, welcoming clients with exceptional hospitality, connecting with them authentically, and consulting intelligently to deliver an elegant client experience. You will develop and maintain client relationships, proactively accomplish store policies and procedures, and provide insights to inform and evolve the process for future store openings.
Responsibilities- Act as a front-line brand ambassador, welcoming clients hospitably and connecting with them authentically
- Develop and maintain client relationships, delivering exceptional client experiences and Cast hospitality
- Proactively accomplish store policies and procedures, store and jewelry maintenance, and ongoing operational tasks
- Provide insights to inform and evolve the process for future store openings and ongoing store operations
- Execute to store operation policies and standards, including sales and record-keeping procedures, security, and overall maintenance of the store
- Strong background in luxury goods retail sales, ideally with 3-5 years of fine jewelry or luxury goods store clienteling experience
- Passionate about welcoming customers, building long-term client relationships, and celebrating moments of joy
- Someone who always goes above and beyond, maintaining a high level of integrity, initiative, motivation, and self-direction
- Strong interpersonal skills, clear communication, acute attention to detail, and self-motivation
- Proficiency with POS systems, ideally Shopify
- Ability to lift and carry 35 pounds
- Ability to work cross-functionally with a diverse group of people
- Polished, professional appearance and demeanor
- Gemologist certification is a plus
