Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Scale Technician to join our team at JBS USA. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of scales and other electronic equipment across our plant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair scales, printers, and labelers to ensure optimal performance and compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Install and diagnose variable frequency and servo drives, as well as metal detection systems.
  • Program in multiple languages and syntax, including HMI software (Wonderware, RSView).
  • Develop creative solutions to increase production and reduce costs.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • College experience recommended.
  • Strong working knowledge of A/C and D/C electricity, component-level electronics, and barcode systems.
  • Excellent mechanical aptitude, supervisory skills, and interpersonal relations.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
