Job Title: CNA Lead

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and experienced CNA Lead to join our team. As a CNA Lead, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide supervisory support to Care Managers, ensuring that residents receive exceptional care and services.
  • Support team members in providing Activities of Daily Living (ADL) care and services, including bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
  • Encourage resident participation in life enrichment programming and ADLs, promoting a sense of community and engagement.
  • Assist with meal service in the dining room, ensuring a positive experience for residents and staff.
  • Accurately document care and services provided to residents, maintaining accurate records and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with Sunrise's Timekeeping and Meal/Rest Period policies, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Display flexibility in work schedule, working holidays, evenings, weekends, and additional shifts as needed.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED, with a strong preference for experience working with seniors.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively with Care Managers, Community Managers, residents, and family members.
  • Medication Management Certificate required, with ongoing training and re-education per Sunrise and state requirements.
  • Previous experience working with seniors, with a desire to serve and care for seniors.
  • Leadership competencies, including the ability to delegate assignments, make choices, and act in the residents' best interest.
