Key Responsibilities:- Supervise a small caseload of clients, crafting individualized treatment programs that drive continuous improvement and success.
- Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in therapy.
- Provide crucial supervision and training to our clinical staff and families, empowering them to support our mission.
- Evaluate and adapt behavior intervention plans, driving continuous improvement and success.
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field.
- Active BCBA certification and State Licensure from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Competitive salary range: $83,000 - $95,000+ including base salary and Quarterly Clinical Quality Bonus potential.
- Sign-On Bonus: up to $7,500.00 depending on location.
- Location Premium: up to $1,000.00 depending on location.
- Relocation Assistance: support for those moving from a different state or more than 50 miles.
