Route Sales Professional Express Route

Are you passionate about delivering fresh products to customers? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team? We're seeking a skilled Route Sales Professional to join our team at Bimbo Bakeries USA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Merchandise and stock products on store shelves and displays, ensuring optimal quality and freshness.
  • Drive sales through the acquisition of new display space, incremental displays, and data-driven store-level plans.
  • Build effective customer relationships, execute promotions, and introduce new products to maximize sales and shelf space.
  • Conduct daily route settlement procedures, account for products, invoices, and cash, and maintain accurate inventory counts.
  • Operate company route trucks safely and complete DOT daily logs and other documentation on time.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
  • Currently have or be able to obtain a chauffeur's license.
  • Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT medical card.
  • Ability to climb, push/pull, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods, as well as frequent reaching and finger use.
  • 1-3 years of related experience in DSD (Direct Sales Distribution) is preferred.
