Frye Regional Medical Center is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct patient care and support to patients and families in a variety of settings.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
- Document patient care given and monitor patient condition as appropriate.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and provide spiritual/psychosocial support.
- Evaluate patient learning needs and provide patient education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
- Current state RN license.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.
- Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
- ACLS and PALS certifications within six months of hire.
- One year of experience preferred.
- ASLS certification preferred.
