Project Delivery Specialist

This position is based in Scottsdale, San Francisco, Chicago, or New York and follows a hybrid work model. Candidates must independently possess the eligibility to work in the United States at the date of hire.
The role involves planning and delivering projects on time, within budget, and with successful outcomes using waterfall or agile methodologies. Throughout each project's lifecycle, the project manager tracks project status and proactively mitigates risk and manages issues.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate, develop, and monitor assigned projects to keep them on schedule and within budget. Engage cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and deliverables.
- Accountable for delivering technical projects on time, within budget, and with successful outcomes according to business objectives.
- Develop comprehensive project plans to manage end-to-end project activities, including scope management, success criteria, deliverables, critical path milestones, resource allocation, finance management, and quality management.
- Maintain at least two projects/scrum teams simultaneously.
- Engage relevant organizations, including architecture, legal, risk, security, compliance, delivery, and vendor management, to ensure effective adherence to SDLC governance.
- Manage backlog grooming with cross-functional teams to prioritize understanding, dependencies, and requirements prior to sprint planning.
- Develop and maintain requirements backlogs and ensure that security, infrastructure, and operational requirements are represented by stories, prioritized appropriately, properly groomed, and accepted by the applicable team(s).
- Drive project execution planning (sprint planning) to ensure development teams are set for success in their commitments.
- Proactively remove impediments for the project team to ensure continuous flow of work and maintain an active risk and issue log to report concerns.
- Monitor and communicate project health, defining critical path project & program-level milestones; effectively communicating with all stakeholders.
- Perform retrospectives, drive improvements, and share best practices.
- Support the company's commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.

Compensation
The salary range for this position in Phoenix, AZ is $100,000 - $120,000 per year. This figure is subject to change and is not necessarily reflective of actual compensation earned, which is dependent on legitimate factors considered at the time of job offer.
Candidates are eligible for discretionary bonuses and benefits, including competitive medical, dental, and vision plans, a 401(k) retirement plan with a 100% company safe harbor match, unlimited time off for exempt employees, and paid parental leave.
