About the Role- Evaluate patient functional status and physical therapy needs to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Treat patients to relieve pain, develop and restore function, and maintain maximum functioning using evidence-based practices.
- Instruct and inform participating members of the healthcare team, patients, and caregivers regarding the plan of care, functional limitations, and progress toward goals.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a warm and caring demeanor, and the ability to work independently in a home-based setting. A current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Maryland and CPR certification are required. Must also have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary, with estimated annual earnings ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 based on experience. Additionally, our benefits package includes holiday pay, medical, dental, vision, 401(k) retirement plan, continuing education opportunities, and employee assistance programs.
