  • Collaborate with other associates to build a strong bakery team, communicate effectively, and be flexible to meet the needs of the business.
  • Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
  • Ensure commitment to operational excellence, maintain a clean and organized work area, and ensure quality and date control standards for bakery items.
  • Be an advocate for the department and the club by valuing the member's experience and modeling high-quality service and products.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
