Key Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome guests with a warm and genuine greeting, ensuring eye contact and a positive demeanor.
  2. Utilize effective operational and sales strategies to optimize occupancy rates and enhance revenue.
  3. Provide accurate information regarding hotel amenities and services to guests.
  4. Manage cash transactions in accordance with accounting standards.
  5. Maintain open communication with the Front Office and other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
  6. Adhere to safety and security protocols, responding appropriately to emergencies and hazards.
  7. Operate front office technology, including telephones and computer systems, efficiently.
  8. Facilitate the registration process, confirming guest details and managing check-out procedures.
  9. Availability for full-time hours (minimum of 30 hours per week) with flexibility for morning or evening shifts, including two Relief Night Auditor shifts (11 PM to 7 AM).

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Front Desk Agent in a branded hotel setting.

Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required.
