Critical Care Float Pool Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Critical Care Float Pool Registered Nurse to join our team at Stamford Health. As a Critical Care Float Pool Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU, IMCU, and ED
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
- Supervise and educate non-RN personnel
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Minimum of 2 years of active critical care experience
- Current RN licensure in the state of Connecticut
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
