About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Automotive Detailer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness in our fleet of vehicles.


Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and Sanitize Vehicle Interiors: Thoroughly clean and sanitize the interior of vehicles, including seats, carpets, and consoles, to meet our Complete Clean Pledge standards.
  • Vacuum and Prepare Vehicle Interiors: Vacuum and prepare vehicle interiors to meet our Complete Clean Pledge standards, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for our customers.
  • Exterior Washing and Cleaning: Wash, clean, and dry the exterior of vehicles, including cars, vans, and trucks, to meet our Complete Clean Pledge standards.
  • Vehicle Inspection and Preparation: Inspect vehicles for any damage or issues, and prepare them for rental by checking fuel levels, warning lights, and other essential systems.
  • Maintain a Clean and Orderly Work Area: Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment are available and easily accessible.

Additional Responsibilities
  • Improve Job Performance: Continuously seek opportunities to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, and goal setting.
  • Reliable Attendance and Punctuality: Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality, ensuring that you are available to work your scheduled shifts.
  • Miscellaneous Job-Related Duties: Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by management, ensuring that you are contributing to the success of our team.

Requirements
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Driver's License: The ability to operate a motor vehicle is an essential function of this position. Applicants must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
  • Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship from our company for an employment-based work permit or other work authorization document.
  • Language Skills: Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
  • Commute Time: Must be living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour from our location.
  • Work Experience: Must have at least six (6) consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience.
