Position Summary:

Soliant is looking for a passionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to become a part of our dedicated team for the academic year. This full-time role requires a commitment of 37.5 hours per week, providing services to a diverse K-12 student population.

The successful candidate will manage a caseload of approximately 45 students, delivering tailored speech and language interventions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify speech, language, and communication challenges in students from grades K-12.
  • Design and execute individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy strategies based on evaluation outcomes and student requirements.
  • Deliver direct therapy services and track student progress to ensure effective outcomes.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and school personnel to promote students' educational and developmental objectives.
  • Maintain precise and current records of therapy sessions, progress documentation, and evaluations.
  • Engage in team discussions and contribute to the formulation and assessment of IEPs.

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Active licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Washington State.
  • Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Experience with a K-12 caseload in an educational environment is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with students, families, and educational staff.
