Key Responsibilities
  • Surveillance and Protection: Conduct regular patrols to detect and prevent any suspicious activity, ensuring the safety of the premises and its occupants.
  • Incident Response: Respond promptly and effectively to incidents such as fires, medical emergencies, and security breaches, providing calm and urgent assistance as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to patients, staff, and visitors, ensuring a positive experience and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Screening and Access Control: Screen individuals entering the facility, expediting their admittance while maintaining a secure environment.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with healthcare professionals, security teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and effective incident response.
Requirements
  • Experience: Prior work experience involving customer service, troubleshooting, and managing stressful situations.
  • Age and Education: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
  • Certifications and Licenses: As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation and a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations.
