Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) at Della Infotech. As a CVICU Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients with cardiovascular disease.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a CVICU setting and a strong background in cardiac surgical care. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients with cardiovascular disease
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Washington
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a CVICU setting
  • Strong background in cardiac surgical care
  • ACLS, BCLS, and CRRT Prismaflex certifications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
