Covenant Logistics Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support the day-to-day activities of the Talent Acquisition department. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with all members of the TA/Recruiting team to contribute to the business, lead and own certain deliverables, and be assigned to specific, meaningful projects throughout the duration of the internship.
Responsibilities- Manage progress on assigned projects and tasks
- Communicate daily progress, questions, and issues to intern's supervisor
- Collaborate with all enterprise departments to assist in developing the early career program
- Create official recommendations for early career program
- Audit current TA processes and recommend changes
- Other duties/projects as assigned
- Ability to take verbal/written instruction and execute with confidence

Covenant Logistics Group's compensation philosophy is to use a competitive total compensation strategy to determine the current market value of a position while also considering individual factors such as performance in current position, time in seat of current position, experience, level of responsibility/accountability, and longevity with the company.
Pay Range: $13.57-$18.55
Pay Grade: 1
