Key Responsibilities



  • Responsible for completing daily cleaning and special projects scheduled
  • Must have experience with deep cleaning of commercial building/facilities, reporting deficiencies and/or any safety hazards to Management
  • Taking before and after photos of work and submitting daily reports to regional team
  • Construction cleanups, carpet extractions, strip and wax, buffing floors, pressure washing, window cleaning, hi-low dusting, general office cleaning, training and recruitment of cleaning staff, reporting hours to payroll
  • Bilingual English and Spanish skills required
  • Flexibility with working hours, emergency nights and weekend work may be required
