About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at FC Compassus LLC. As a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorder assessments and develop personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians and home health aides, to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
  • Deliver evidence-based speech therapy services, including individual and group sessions, to clients with a range of speech and language disorders.
  • Monitor client progress, adjust care plans as needed, and maintain accurate records of treatment outcomes.
  • Supervise and provide clinical direction to home health aides to ensure high-quality care and support services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to maintain expertise and provide exceptional patient care.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a home health setting, with a strong background in speech therapy and patient care.
  • Active and unencumbered Speech Language Pathologist license in the state(s) of employment.
