About the Role
We're seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our team. As an LPN/LVN with Aveanna, you'll be responsible for providing skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
* Provide quality patient care in accordance with physician orders and developed care plans
* Conduct thorough assessments of patients' conditions and develop individualized care plans
* Document patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
* Current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Nurse in the state of practice
* Current CPR certification
* Six months of recent experience as a Licensed Nurse in a clinical care setting (preferred)
