ADHD Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ADHD Specialist to join our team at Ironshore Pharmaceuticals. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the Seattle Washington market.

• Develop and execute territory business plans and call plans to meet sales objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and office personnel to drive utilization and access to our products.
• Analyze market trends and dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Participate in industry meetings and conventions to build relationships and awareness of our brand and company.
• Utilize selling models and strategies to build a call continuum and drive customer engagement.

• 4-year bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
• 3 years of pharmaceutical sales or equivalent life sciences sales experience.
• 2 years of specialty sales experience, preferably in neuroscience or psychiatry.
• Strong account-based selling skills and experience with prior authorization processes.
• Ability to launch new products and drive sales growth.
• Demonstrated success in prior sales roles and a valid driver's license.
